UK Special delivery is £8.00, we recommend this postage to gurantee delivery as it covers insurance for loss.                                                    

Each piece of jewellery bought from our website is especially hand-made when you order. We will get your piece sent to you as soon as possible but please allow a possible 1- 2 weeks from placing your order to receipt of your jewellery.  Very occasionally we will be out of stock, or unable to have the exact same bead/ charm as shown and if this is so you will receive an email immediately offering an alternative.

Please note for Personalised Initial Necklace, as this item is hand engraved please can you allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Re- photos to go inside locket pieces, you can email over to your 1-2 images and we will re-size and place inside your locket.

Payment- if you are having problems with paypal online you can call 07968 338151 and you can make payment over the phone

All Jewellery comes in a “Harry Rocks” presentation box with tissue paper. All jewellery is beautifully packed so no need to think about gift-wrap.

For hygiene reasons we can not accept earring returns. We can also not accept returns on personalised items.

If you received your item in perfect order and are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

We are unable to take returns on personalised items as these are hand made to order.

Your returned item must be received in its original unworn condition within 7 days of notifying Harry Rocks of your intent to return the piece.

Please be sure to include the following with your return:

  • Telephone number and address
  • Reason for return

For your protection, please fully insure your item and ship by a means with which you will receive a tracking number, as Harry Rocks is not responsible for any losses or damage to items we do not ship.

Credit will be in the retail amount of the merchandise only, including any sales tax and will NOT include the cost of original shipping and handling. We are not able to accept any returns for credit from items purchased in a retail store or other website.

Jewellery Care

All jewellery is best stored separately to avoid breakage and getting tangled. Either hang your jewellery up or store in pouches or boxes to avoid scratching or tangling.

Do not expose your jewellery to chemicals and acid such as perfume, body lotion and hairspray as this could cause discoloration.  Also avoid swimming and showering with your jewellery as this may cause discolour.  Hot weather and sweat can also speed up the tarnishing process.


Gold plating jewellery has been coated with a thin layer of gold on top of sterling silver. Gold plating is a surface finish so it can be susceptible to wear but if looked after it should last a long time.

To care for gold plating/ gold filled jewellery/ vermeil- rinse in warm water  and mild soap then pat dry with a tissue or leave to dry on a towel.

Sterling silver can tarnish- to care for- use a non abrasive silver polish or a soft cloth or a Silver 'Dip' can be used to clean sterling silver pieces, although make sure the jewellery is then rinsed thoroughly.

Please note that all personalised pieces are all hand engraved and there can be slight markings/ scratches, this is because they are all hand made and markings can happen. They are not made by machine, we think this adds to their originality.
