Harry Rocks donation to NHS

With Covid 19 sweeping through the world, and our lives as we knew them completely changed.  We can’t stop thinking about those affected and in so many ways. Our little handmade business carries on (alongside home schooling) but we feel so thankful that we have a home and can stay safe. We are eternally thankful to our wonderful NHS and all the amazing key workers, in the hospitals, the teachers, supermarket workers, postmen and women, refuse collectors, transport drivers- you are all amazing and we are so grateful for your bravery and continued hard work.

It is  a small gesture but as a tiny business we wanted to do something-

We have teamed up with the gorgeous Rachel Stevens- and would like to give a percentage of the following items to our NHS Charities Together Campaign,

20% of our Bar of hope, Bar of luck and our Star hoops and 40% from our Pots of positivity.

We thank you for your support and hope you are keeping safe at home and stay well.

All our love

Harry Rocks London x The Fashionable Pan ‘Heart Yen’ Collection!

Our second collaboration with the utterly gorgeous Debbie of @thefashionablepan is here! This collection has been a year in the making and has been an absolute pleasure to work with Debbie on this special capsule collection.

The  inspiration for this collection comes from Debbie’s heritage, the stars inside each of the hearts represent the symbols on the flags of the Vietnamese and Chinese flags as Debbie is half Vietnamese and half Chinese. The heart itself resonates hugely with Debbie’s life journey, She always follows her heart with decisions and Yen is Debbie’s birth name- thus the name of the collection is Heart Yen.

The collection is dainty, delicate, simple, yet understated, elegant with class.

The 5th of February is the release date and is also the date that Debbie met her hubby on the tube which was also Chinese New Year-  so we feel that this is the perfect time to be releasing this collection!

Debbie and I hope you love this collection as much as we do!

Harry Rocks London x The Fashionable Pan

We are SO excited that our collaboration with the gorgeous Debbie aka The Fashionable Pan is finally here!!! I met Debbie at a pop up event about 18 months ago and it was like a ray of sunshine had arrived in the room! If you have met Debbie IRL (in real life!) you will know what I am talking about! She is not only naturally stunning (and damn photogenic!) but she is genuinely one of the loveliest and most fun ladies I have ever met!

So we met, she fell in love with our Geometric Hoop earrings,  (I fell a little bit in love with her!) and we gifted Debbie a pair of the gold Geometric Hoop Earrings- she looks as you can see fabulous in them!

Roll on a year or so and we met for a lovely morning of brunch, rose lattes and brainstorming! We decided to do a jewellery collab together but when it came down to it and all the sketches/ ideas I had we decided to actually make her Geometric Hoops accessible to more of her lovely followers! We have made these ones a little bit lighter, the hoop is a slightly different finish and they are a limited edition. Available in Sterling silver, Gold and rose gold plate (over sterling silver)

We hope that you love them as much as we do!! xxx

Here we are! This is after I showed Debbie the end product and we are both wearing them!

You can tell I am not a natural in front of the camera like the gorgeous Debbie!! xxx

A guide to Christmas gifts for the special women in your life, by Tessa Frost

A guide to Christmas gifts for the special women in your life.

By Tessa Frost.

In celebration of Small Business Saturday, we asked personal stylist and lover of independently owned boutiques, Tessa Frost for her top tips on finding the perfect gifts this Christmas. This weekend you can enjoy special offers across our selection of online boutiques to make your gift shopping that little bit easier! Simply enter code FIGFROSTXMAS at checkout to redeem your offer.

“Christmas is a big deal in our rather large family and I adore finding gifts for loved ones that feel a little bit indulgent and that they might not think of buying for themselves. I like to start by getting inspiration online but I tend to prefer buying gifts in person so that I can feel them, smell them, try them for size, and – wherever possible – meet the people who make them!  I’m a big fan of Xmas markets, independent pop up shops and local shopping events. Here’s a selection of the gifts I have my eye on this season:

For my best friend:

Mini hoop with bolt earrings

These fabulous lightning bolt earrings are so unique with their mix of gold and silver. My best friend and I have a similar passion for accessories and particularly earrings, so whenever we see each other, it usually involves shopping for something original and sparkly! She will love these as they are fun and yet still a statement – perfect for her every day look.

For my Mum:

Chunky Snood

My Mum hates the cold and adores anything that keeps her both warm and stylish! This Ally Bee snood in alpaca and wool is soft and luxurious and the fact that it’s a double wrap means it’s extra cosy and easy to wear.

For my sister:

Merino Ruffle Sweater

My sister has two small children and never has time to shop. I love this jumper as it’s beautiful, understated yet feminine, soft and luxurious, but still easy to wear with a pair of jeans and flats. In evergreen or navy shades, it will go with everything, perfect for a busy mum during the day time, but equally can be dressed up for evening.

For my sister in law:

Merino Longline Cardigan

This gorgeous merino wool cardigan is great as stylish lounge wear and is equally perfect for a cool day wear look. My sister in law has just had a baby, so she needs some seriously beautiful but comfortable pieces to wear at home and for when she’s eventually out and about.

For my mother in law:

Sorrento silk scarf

My mother in law has fabulous style and looks amazing in scarves. This Sorrento scarf by Dolce Roopa is in luxurious silk and the detail of the hand drawn watercolour design is incredible. It’s also a really good size which makes it so versatile and easy to accessorise different looks.

For the gift cupboard:

Glad Tidings candle

At this time of year you can never have enough gifts stocked up for those impromptu invitations to drinks or mince pies and mulled wine. A good selection of these gorgeous Tussie Mussie candles will see me through all eventualities. The Glad Tidings candle is super festive and smells of delicious cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and orange.

For Me:

Of course with all this shopping for others it’s hard not to spot a few choice items that I’d like to have myself! Luckily my family know me well and don’t mind the odd suggestion…

Rivoli Top

This stunning satin Rivoli top from Kirei clothing is absolutely top of my list. I really struggle finding statement evening tops in lighter, softer colours and I just love the feminine detail of the lace and wide sleeves. I would wear this with my leather black trousers and gold heels for a fabulous night-time look over the festive season.
