- In-stock jewellery is usually dispatched within 1–3 working days

Processing Times & Handmade Jewellery
All Harry Rocks jewellery is handmade to order, ensuring every piece is special.
- Please allow 1–7 working days from placing your order for processing and dispatch
- Occasionally, an exact bead or charm may be unavailable — if so, we’ll email you with an alternative option
Personalised Jewellery
- Personalised items are hand-engraved by skilled craftspeople
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery
Locket Photo Service
For photo lockets, email 1–2 images to laura@harryrocks.co.uk
We will resize and carefully place the photos inside your locket.
Jewellery Packaging & Gift Presentation
- All jewellery arrives in a Harry Rocks pouch or box depending on order size
- Gift wrapping is available at a additional cost
To reduce waste, please let us know if you do not require a box
Delayed or Lost Deliveries
If your UK or international order is delayed, please contact the Harry Rocks team and we will provide tracking updates.
Royal Mail timeframes for lost parcels:
- UK orders: after 20 working days from dispatch
- International orders: after 30 working days from dispatch
Refunds, replacements, or lost parcel claims cannot be started before these timeframes.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your Harry Rocks jewellery. If you need to return an item, please review the following:
Items We Cannot Accept Returns On
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalised jewellery (made to order)
Standard Returns
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Please include:
- Name, address, and telephone number
- Order number
- Reason for return
We strongly recommend returning items via a tracked and insured service, as Harry Rocks cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds will be issued for the retail value of the item only, including any applicable sales tax.
We cannot accept returns for items purchased from third-party retailers or other websites.
Faulty or Damaged Jewellery
- If your item arrives faulty, please contact us immediately
- We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty items
Repairs
- Items damaged within 6 months of purchase will be assessed for manufacturing faults
- If a fault is found, repairs will be carried out free of charge
- Repairs requested after 6 months may incur a fee
