We offer free registered delivery to customers in the UK -
There is an optional uplift cost of £4 to upgrade to Special delivery/Next day and insured (Please note - next day delivery is taken from time of dispatch not time of order).
Note on Dispatch times: in stock orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 days. Please contact us if you need the item for a particular date and we will do our best to help.
Returns postal charge is the responsibility of the customer unless the items are found to be faulty in anyway, in which case postage charges will be covered by Harry Rocks.
Out of UK- £10
For orders outside of the UK packages will be sent by Royal Mail’s International tracked package service.
Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer and we are not able to confirm what they will be. Please be aware that the customs process may delay delivery.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready and has been dispatched.
For all UK and International orders – If your delivery has been delayed please contact the Harry Rocks team and we will provide you with a tracking number for an update on your delivery. Harry Rocks cannot start a lost package claim or refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (30 for international orders) when Royal Mail would classify the package as lost.
Each piece of jewellery bought from our website is especially hand-made when you order. We will get your piece sent to you as soon as possible but please allow a possible 1- 7 days from placing your order to receipt of your jewellery. Very occasionally we will be out of stock, or unable to have the exact same bead/ charm as shown and if this is so you will receive an email offering an alternative.
Please allow 2 -4 weeks for delivery of personalised items as they are hand engraved by skilled craftsman and not by machines.
Re- photos to go inside locket pieces, you can email over to email@example.com your 1-2 images and we will re-size and place inside your locket.
All Jewellery comes in a “Harry Rocks” presentation box and/or soft pouch depending on size of order. There is a gift-wrap option.
We hope you adore your Harry Rocks purchase and have no cause to return it but please note the following should you have reason to do so.
For hygiene reasons we can not accept earring returns.
We are unable to take returns on personalised items as these are hand made to order.
If you receive your item in perfect order but are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund. The customer will be required to pay for the return delivery.
Please be sure to include the following with your return:
Telephone number and address/ order number
Reason for return
For your protection, please fully insure your item and ship by a means with which you will receive a tracking number, as Harry Rocks is not responsible for any losses or damage to items we do not ship.
Credit will be in the retail amount of the merchandise only, including any sales tax and will NOT include the cost of original shipping and handling. We are not able to accept any returns for credit from items purchased in a retail store or other website.
If, in the unlikely event, your product is found faulty on receipt please inform us immediately and we will cover the cost of the return.
If your Harry Rocks purchase is damaged within 6 months of purchase please contact us so we can assess if this is due to a defect in the design (whereupon Harry Rocks will repair at no cost) or fair wear and tear.
For items purchased over six months ago a charge will be made for any repairs required.
