These Hoops have been inspired by a Vintage locket found at an Antiques market and the romance and sentiment of Victorian jewellery.Often the gem stones spelt out a name or held special meaning. This trio of stones we have used here (iolite/pearl/crystal) were inspired by the very common combination of Sapphire, Diamond and Pearl used in Victorian mourning jewellery. The stones meaning: Diamond – ever lasting love,
Pearl – symbol of tears/departed loved one and
Sapphire – Guard against evil/protect
They are a gorgeous weight and feel and with the stone filled stars on the inside and outside a little bit different.
