Our much-loved Heirloom Pendant, Inspired by a beautiful locket discovered in an antique market, this design draws on the romance and sentiment of Victorian jewellery, where hearts symbolised love, memory and devotion.
In Victorian times, gemstones were often used to spell names or convey hidden meanings. Traditionally, diamonds represented everlasting love. While this piece is not a locket, and does not open, we have used crystal stones to echo that timeless symbolism in a modern, wearable way. The result is a solid heart pendant with vintage character and enduring charm and a lovely weight.
We have made this beautifully weighted pendant in solid sterling silver and gold plate.
